I'm back home from the Spring Quilt Market in Pittsburg, PA! As usual the show was inspiring but this time I noticed a huge swing in the age of vendors and shoppers! Maybe it's just that I'm getting older, but it really seemed like the crowd was getting younger. It was great to see so many young people involved in the quilting industry!
I never like having my picture taken and I
really don't like videos, but if you can bear to watch it here is a little video showing my new line of fabric with Moda called Patchwork Garden and some patterns to go with it.

Patchwork Garden fabric - October delivery |
The fabric will be shipped to stores in October 2014.
I have been watching the age of all these new designers of fabric out and they do all seem to be in the mid 20's to 40 now don't they - design a lot of easy patterns too - I don't see many challenging patterns coming from them though -- always seems to be "can we get this done in a weekend"
ReplyDeleteYour new fabric line looks soooo beautiful - can't wait to see it in the fabric shops. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteLove your new line of fabrics and the new patterns are wonderful.
